Private villa ietona with a view of Mt.Fuji allows you to enjoy sauna and BBQ while enjoying the nature of Lake Kawaguchi. In addition, the owner`s direct Japanese restaunt Fresh water will taste the dishes using seasonal ingredients. Why don`t you have a memorable time in this special space surrounded by nature? *The basic plan is a plan without meals. If you wish to use BBQ facilities,5500yen will be added per day. *Fresh water, a directly managed Japaneserestraunt, offers a chef-only course for dinner only. If you don`t like sashimi,we serve it throughout the day. 55ooyen per person(special charge for ietona`s guests) *Every Tuesday and Wednesday are regular holidays,but it will be changed depending on the circumstances,so please contact us.
After 6 years in Ginza, 3 years in Sydney, and 4years as cook at a local five star hotel and inn, the owner chef has been warking hard every day to provide creative and pleasing dishes for about 20years after opening Fresh water. ★We will do our best to help the guests who chose the private villa ietona to have an unforgettable stay.
