Ueno-Hirokoji is a neighborhood located west of Okachimachi on the famous Yamanote train line. It is filled with many izakayas as well as restaurants that serve international cuisines so you will have different options for all your meals! Nearby attractions include Ameyoko shopping street (with plenty of discounts), Ueno Park (has a zoo and many museums), 2k540 AKI-OKA ARTISAN (a row of shops under the train tracks selling unique artisan items), a multi-storied Uniqlo, and a huge Don Quijote.
