宿泊施設名は、STAYmoiwaⅡです。建物の名称は、パレス２４です。エレベーター付きの鉄筋五階建ての施設です。エントランスポストのキーボックスの中に鍵があります。エントランスに駐車場のっ標識が掲載されています。同じ敷地内にSTAYmoiwaⅠがあります。敷地内にある釜めしやと団子やが有名です。道路挟んで向かいには、ファミリーマートがります。並びには、回転すしや焼肉やがあります。路面電車からは歩いて５分です。エアポート直行バスも近くにあります。塀施設では、駐車場を１１台用意しています。１宿泊施設の予約に対して１台は駐車場代は、無料です。
私は、MAYUKOです。STAYmoiwaのホストをしています。できるだけゲストと会う機会を増やしています。また、私は、民泊施設から８分のところに自宅がありますので、緊急のことがあれば、駆けつけします。民泊施設での生活のことや美味しいレストラン・観光・タクシーのことでわからないことがあれば、なんでも聞いてください。直接やりとりできるように施設内に直通の連絡先（電話、LINE、WATTSAPP、メール）掲載していますので、チェックイン後に登録をお願いします。
民泊施設は、札幌市中央区にあり電車駅（DENSYAJIGYOSYOMAE）からも近い（徒歩５分）ので市内の観光スポットはどこでも行けます。まず、日本三大夜景のある藻岩山（藻岩山ロープウエイ）から近いです。市内の観光スポットは中央区にかたまっているので札幌テレビ塔、大通公園、札幌時計台からも近いです。冬は、スキーをするゲストが多くきます。国際スキー、盤渓、藻岩山いずれも近くにあります。
