Property info

Newly opened in June 2019. The 100-year-old Kyoto townhouse has been renovated to fit in with the quiet tea town of Terauchi, Ogura-cho, Uji City, on the Nara Highway. The inn is decorated with modern items such as Kyoto chests of drawers, hanging scrolls, Japanese gardens, courtyards, old wells, and tea rooms from the Taisho period, and blends in well with modern items. Located in the center of the Kansai region, it takes about 30 minutes to get to Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara. It is easily accessible to each famous scenic spot, and you can walk to several famous World Heritage sites. The Nintendo Museum is also a 5-minute walk away. It is sure to be a soothing hideaway from the noisy modern society! *The second floor of the two buildings of the inn can be rented out exclusively: [Rooms 201 and 202 on the east side] and [Rooms 203, 205, 206, and 207 on the west side]. If you are coming by car, please come to the entrance and we will guide you to the parking lot.

The inn is about 600m from Kintetsu Kokura Station. The inn is about 900m from JR Kokura Station. World Cultural Heritage sites (Byodoin Temple, Ujikami Shrine), Uji Daikichiyama, and the Tale of Genji are only one train stop away. The Nintendo Museum is also a 5-minute walk away.
