We offer you to move into a full-fledged 1-room apartment in the center of the capital. The apartment is located on the 11th floor in a new house built in 2021 with a fresh renovation, has not previously been rented out. Large closed quiet courtyard, large open parking nearby. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay for 2 people. Мы предлагаем Вам заселиться в полноценную 1 комнатную квартиру в центре столицы. Квартира находится на 11 этаже в новом доме 2021 года постройки со свежим ремонтом, ранее не сдавалась. Большой закрытый тихий двор, большая открытая стоянка рядом. В квартире есть все для комфортного проживания 2 человек.

The apartment is located in the center of the Left Bank of the capital of Kazakhstan, close to all the sights. In 10 minutes drive Baiterek, Khan Shatyr, Expo, Mega. A 10-minute walk Botanical Garden with a large singing fountain. Within walking distance are all sports centers Barys Arena, Astana Arena, Athletics Complex, Martial Arts Palace. The house is located in the medical cluster of the capital: nearby are the Republican Neurosurgical, Cardiology, Oncological Centers. Within walking distance is a hypermarket that works around the clock, where you can always buy fresh products.
