Beach inns is a family business run by husband and wife, Indika and Fiona. Indika has live his whole life in Madiha and knows everything about the area. The business was originally started by his father. Fiona is originally from Scotland but has lived in Sri Lanka since 2003.

Property information

Beach Inns Residences is the newest property belonging to the Beach Inns group only a short walk from the main property with restaurant and private beach. There are 6 apartments with a shared swimming pool - 4 x 1 bed apartments, a 2 bed apartment and a 3 bed apartment. All apartments have there own kitchen and living room. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. The apartments are serviced and wifi, gas, electricity and water bills are included.

Neighbourhood information

Madiha is a lovely beach area away from the busier tourist areas. The beautiful beaches, sunsets, snorklling and diving as well as great surfing spots make it an ideal place to relax. Turtles are often spotted when snorkelling or in the evening laying their eggs on the beach.
