Please note, that we provide different renting arrangements for smaller and bigger groups. This way we can offer better prices for our guests: For a smaller group (1-3 people) we offer a master a bedroom and a living room with extendable sofa. When choosing this option, the second bedroom will be locked. If you are 1-3 people and wish to have an access to all rooms in the apartment, please select 4 people in your booking. The system will automatically adjust the price for you. For a larger group (4-6 people) the whole apartment including two bedrooms and a living room will be available. Please select the correct amount of guests visiting so we can provide bed linens and towels accordingly. Please note that despite which sleeping arrangement you will choose, you will be the only guests in this apartment. Please note, that if you are planning to arrive late at night (after 22.00) please inform in advance. Late check in is possible upon request for additional fee (20EUR). This is a strictly non-smoking accommodation.
