Guests can rent either the ground floor, either the upper floor or both floors together. Each floor has separated entrances, it's own terrace, kitchen, bathrooms, living room and bedrooms. Between the floors the doors get unlocked if the entire house option is booked. Upper floor is renovated in March, 2017, ground floor - in April, 2024. Spacious, warm, cozy, quite. 1-5 min walking from all kinds of transportations. 15 min driving from the airport of Riga. A playground for kids, a secure parking and a BBQ space in the backyard in addition to the green lawn where one can get a village feeling being just 2km away from the capital's old town.
I like architecture, things being original and different. I am in love with my city, specially in the neighborhood the house is located in. I strive for perfection and therefore also trying to give the best to my guests. Looking forward to meet you soon!
One of the most exclusive neighborhood of Riga - Agenskalns - represents all stylistic directions - classical theme, eclecticism, art nouveau, as well as the 20th-30th year rationalism. Surrounding buildings are a gem of the wooden architecture. One can find anything in Agenskalns - market, schools, hospital, state authorities as once been the centre of the city. At the same time one can feel like in a village as surrounded by parks and ponds, being just 10 min away from the downtown. Agenskalns is the Montmartre of Riga. Nometnu street is the central street of the neighbourhood, yet being very quite. Street is full of restaurants and beauty salons. It begins with the river and ends with a pond. Just 7 min walking from here one can find the most popular hipster area in Riga "Kalnciema Kvartals" which offers open air concerts every Thursday and local markets on Saturdays.
