About this property
Hotel Gutenbergs is family-run hotel set in the centre of the Old Town of Riga, next to the Dome Square and Dome Cathedral. Located in 17th and 19th century connected buildings, guests can choose between luxurious chandeliers, high ceilings, historical engravings, paintings and antique furniture in one part of the hotel and 300-year old wooden balks, sloping floors and lower ceilings in the other. Decorated in a boutique style, rooms feature air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, mini bar, safe and warm blankets. Bathrooms offer a hair dryer and bio cosmetics. Upper class rooms boast a coffee machine for guests and Luxury Suite has bathrobes and slippers. Freshly ground coffee and a wide breakfast buffet with local delicacies are served every morning in Hotel Gutenbergs. Hotel’s restaurant features a summer terrace above the rooftops of the Old Town and offers meals from seasonal and local products. Reception is open around the clock and personnel will arrange tea, coffee, flowers, tickets to events, tour guides and taxis for each guest. Restaurants and pubs, Central Market and Stores, as well as museums and National Opera are within a few minutes’ walking distance from Hotel Gutenbergs.
