De Lux Apartment Smolovic overlooks Boka Kotorska and offers elegant apartments with a balcony overlooking the sea or the garden. Free wireless internet is available throughout the facility. The photos of the beaches that are posted in the photo gallery of our apartments are located in the vicinity of the object 400,500 meters. De Lux Apartments Smolovic are located in Zelenika in Herceg Novi. We offer new, modernly equipped apartments with air conditioning that is available throughout the building. The building includes a common paved yard. The apartments are ideal for families, they have everything you need and you can feel at home. Zelenika is located on the shore of Boka, 3 km from of the old town of Herceg Novi and 2 km away from of the newly built tourist complex Portonovi. Tivat airport is 15 km away and the ferry port is 10 km away. Private parking within the facility can be used free of charge.
My name is Marko Smolovic and I am from Herceg Novi. My goal is to fulfill every request of the guest and to spend an unforgettable time with us. Personal contact is very important to us. We offer the use of a private gym (the owner of the gym is the host) which is located 500 meters from the apartment and which is free for guests who come to our place.
We offer comfortable, modern apartments with a view of the sea. Our new modern apartments are located in the immediate vicinity of the beach - only a 5-minute walk from the beach. Our accommodation is centrally located in a quiet place where you can relax with beautiful views of the bay. At a distance of a few meters there is a store, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant. The taxi stand and bus station are 5 minutes' walk away.
