We are small family apartments renting business at the coast of Montenegro. You could select stay in our apartments in Rafailovici, Budva or Risan at present.

Property information

The apartment is located in the Bay of Boka-Kotorska, in Risan on the coast, just 5 meters from the beach. The apartment features 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Our facility will give you a fantastic feeling during your visit to Risan and Montenegro. We are open to your suggestions and recommendations and of course we will try to adopt them as much as possible in order to improve the service and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Neighbourhood information

The apartment is 2 km from Perast, 5 km from Morinj, 17 km from Kotor and 27 km from Herceg Novi. It is an ideal place for a vacation. Shops, restaurants and cafes are very close to the apartment (just a few steps away). The nearest public transportation stop is 50 meters away and a taxi service is available. By renting a car tour of the coast is very simple. In the immediate vicinity of the property is Plaza Smokvica. In Perast there are the beach Pirate Bar and the city beach and in Morinj Tramontana and the city beach with the necessity of transportation.
