Шале располагается в уникальном месте у подножия горных склонов с одной стороны и живописных лугов с другой. Вблизи дома расположены такие достопримечательности как горный перевал Седло (6км), Черное озеро (8км), горнолыжный курорт Савин Кук (2км), центр города Жабляк (6км) а также многие другие популярные для посещения туристов места в Национальном парке Дурмитор. Гостевой дом оборудован всем необходимым для комфортного длительного проживания в нем, среди особенностей хочется отметить наличие зарядной станции для электромобилей, наличие настоящего каменного камина в гостиной второго этаже, а так же чугунной печи на первом этаже. Среди прочих удобств: Wi-Fi на территории шале, стиральная машина, электроплита и духовка, чайник и кофе-машина (Dolce-Gusto), холодильник с морозильной камерой, посудомоечная машина, утюг, фен, копировальная машина, собственное отопление (котел находится в доме) с возможностью регулирования интенсивности прогрева радиаторов, принадлежности для барбекю, набор из раскладных стульев и стола для террасы. Кроме прочего на придомовой территории есть места для парковки автомобилей, лужайка а так же места для пикника. Место, где располагается гостевой дом является абсолютно уникальным для тихого отдыха, знакомства с природой севера Черногории, прогулок по живописным окрестностям в Национальном парке Дурмитор. Приглашаем всех прекрасно провести время в нашем гостевом доме, прочувствовать единение с природой, отдохнуть от суеты большого города.
