The view from the balcony/window is great, especially during morning/evening.The area is very safe and family-friendly, even at night. There are several great restaurants and cafes nearby "Concept cafe bar","SHALOM Restaurant"The local grocery store is just around the corner. There’s a beautiful park nearby where you can relax or take a morning jog. If you have any questions about the area or need recommendations, feel free to ask.
