The apartment has a beautiful living room equipped with a comfortable pull-out sofa for two, Smart TV, Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a beautiful view on the terrace. The bedroom offers a comfortable king sized bed, soft pillows, covers, a big wardrobe for your clothes, hangers and air conditioning. In the fully equipped kitchen you have at your disposal a refrigerator and cold water, a coffee machine Dolce Gusto, a Nescafe machine, a hot water jug, stove and oven, necessary utensils, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, olive oil and vinegar. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower area, shower gel and shampoo, conditioner, boiler, toilet, towels, hair dryer. There are 2 parking spaces available for your vehicle, one of which is in the private parking lot of the building parking no. 7, the second is on floor -2, parking number 72 near the elevator. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
