A three bedroom luxury apartment in the exclusive complex of Fort Cambridge in Sliema, with free access to communal pool. Perfectly located close to the Sliema promenade, fine dining restaurants, cafes and Malta’s largest retail shopping complex – The Point. A truly unique Tigne Point apartment! This wonderful three bedroom Apartment is highly finished and comes with a spacious terrace. On entrance one is greeted by a small hall leading to a bright and airy open plan kitchen, living and dining area which leads to the beautiful terrace. Complementing this property are three double bedrooms with the Main bedroom enjoying an en-suite facility, a main bathroom and a laundry room. High speed WiFi and Cable TV service are being offered on a complimentary basis. Get active and enjoy a workout in the fully equipped gym at the Fort Fitness club (extra fees apply) which includes an indoor running track, a boxing ring, beauty clinic and barber shop.

Fort Cambridge is a recently built luxury residential complex, built around the historical Fort Cambridge Battery dating back to the 1800’s and now fully restored to its former glory, the location to amenities is perfect, being situated on the Tigne and Qui-si-sana peninsula an area of Sliema that has undergone major rejuvenation and boast Sliema’s most expensive properties. You will find a short walk away Malta’s newest and largest retail shopping complex, a very pleasant promenade walk takes you to a wide variety of fine dining restaurants, alfresco cafes. Fort Cambridge has the added benefit of a large swimming pool fronting the Mediterranean sea.
