Unique Location - One bedroom apartment (sleeping 4/2) in a block of just 5 apartments, located in a quiet residential area just a few minutes away from The Strand/Manoel Island, with ample restaurants/shops nearby. Property includes a large kitchen/dining/living area overlooking a facade balcony, spare wc, main bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, laundry room and back terrace/BBQ area.
