Approved by the MTA (License 07275) This apartment of 120 m², located on the second floor for 6 persons is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. Featuring luxurious and functional décor, it features two electric fans and a cosy lounge with canal Plus TV and high-speed wireless Internet access. A cleaning service is provided every three days. The kitchen is fully equipped , a washing machine and much more. The apartment has three air-conditioned bedrooms.During your stay you can relax on the terrace at the back of the apartment, offering a view of the river, or the one at the front, overlooking the pools and the exotic gardens. The resort offers three swimming pools; A deep, shallow and wading pool.The price of the apartment includes parking, sheets, towels, housekeeping and mobile phone with local calls. We take great care to provide this apartment with equipment imported directly from the UK, lock ' Yale ',24 hours of external security and internal alarm linked to Securicor; Equipped with fire blankets, smoke detectors, gas detector, fire pump; a free mobile phone to communicate with the owner.
As a computer science graduate ,fully bilingual (English, French) , I, having travelled and worked in England, France, Holland, Scotland, Luxembourg and Ireland. So I understand the European requirements in terms of accommodation. It is with great pleasure to welcome and help our clients. One can find a generally warmer corner on the west side of the island in the shelter of the wind due to the presence of a mountain range, the Black River. Flic Flac-en-, you will find: Bakery, polyclinics, supermarket, etc... You are assured of a varied gastronomy, very affordable because of this mix of cultures-Flic-en-flac, restaurants to satisfy all tastes, Chinese, Italian, Indian, European.
