Meerena Cheerful Beachfront Cottage with Jacuzzi Location: The villa lies on the beach in Kalodyne, the north of the Island, 75 minutes from the airport. Meerena is a 2 bedroom cottage for 4 adults (and 1 baby sleeping in a baby cot) ,on the beach plus a Jacuzzi. It offers magnificent views on the lagoon and northern Islands. If not for the open seaside, it has full privacy. No views in the jacuzzi and from both sides. It is very calm and great for honeymooners, couple of friends or family. The property faces the north and so is protected from winds. With luck you might see the wales in the month of July, August. Please note: 1 bedroom for 2 guests, the other bedroom stays closed. For 2 people and the use of 2 bedrooms the reservation must be made for 3 people. Meerena is only 20 minutes from Grand Bay center if you seek animation and night life. Restaurants, snacks, shops, fresh vegetable and fruits, supermarket, in reach in less than 5 minutes by car on the main road, or 15 minutes walk. A car or scooter is recommended, although we can organize a taxi for you anytime. Upon request, a Masseuse comes to the cottage, also Manicure, Pedicure. Details will be given to you before arrival.

Close Activities kayaks (Yemaha Adventure) 100 meters next door with many offers of tours; also marvellous private trip in local boat with Tom (departure from the front beach) including barbecue, picknick (a must do), visiting mangroves, brai on Amber Island; Diving with professional (departure from Lux Hotel, 1 km); 5 to 30 minutes trip in seaplane (departure from the beach). We arrange your airport transfer from Sir S. Ramgoolam Airport to Calodyne and car hire, pick up airport or delivery at Meerana.
