Excellent location for coastal living, steps to the beach, situated next to coastal road of flic en flac,new building,groundfloor appartment,Fully furnished,spacious 3 bedrooms,quiet area,wide road, step in from parking to appartment two sleek bathrooms,no stairs to climb,superb kitchen and dining,reclining sofas for resting ,free wifi, swimming pool by side,close to all restaurants and snacks and beach foods and 150metres to supermarket,Trafic free street known as 548 Avenue Perruches. Flic en Flac.Lies next to Coastal road.The property includes a swimming pool and an outdoor shower, ideal for cooling after a day in the sea nearby. A private lift leads to an upstairsviewing deck offering very slendid view of Flic en Flac.Its a place of high tranquility in a few minuutes from the basics.You can easily enjoy daily walks along the white sandy beach close .
