Pearl Gate Residence Apartment No 2 is a newly built self-catering apartment located at the heart of Flic-en-Flac, on the west coast of Mauritius, 600 meters from the beach, within 2 minutes walking distance to an array of restaurants, bars, snacks, exchange office, etc. A variety of activities are offered in the area such as scuba diving, golfing, cruises (big game fishing, swimming with dolphins, diving) amongst many others. The western coast of the island is the best location for sunset. The apartment comprises 1 living area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite and 1 common), and a terrace with pool view. Free WiFi, flat screen TV, air conditioning, and free private parking are available for our guests. The property is non-smoking and there is a roof terrace with sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils, microwave, stovetop, electric oven, toaster, refrigerator, washing machine, electric kettle. A hair dryer, iron, ironing board, towels, free toiletries, toilet paper, cleaning products and beddings are provided. For added privacy, our apartment also has a private entrance. Pearl Gate Residence Apartment No 2 is within 5 minutes’ drive to Cascavelle Shopping Mall (restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, banks, services, hypermarket), 10 minutes’ drive to “Casela Nature Parks”, one of the most popular leisure and attractions parks in Mauritius and from the famous 18-hole Golf Course of Tamarina, 20 minutes by car to the Morne village, one of the most popular kitesurf spot in the world.
