Situated less than 1 km from LUX Grand Gaube, Sea La Vie Villa also boasts three bedrooms, ensuring ample space for family and guests. All 3 bedrooms are decorated in a modern style and come with a terrace and air conditioning. Ground floor: As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a modern living / dining room providing the perfect setting for entertaining, relaxation and dining with the spacious and luminous interior. The open-plan and well equipped kitchen flows effortlessly while the modern furnishing adds a touch of elegance. First Floor: Ascend to the first floor, and you'll find 2 bedrooms featuring its own private terrace to enjoy the late evenings. Bedroom One has x2 single beds and Bedroom Two has a double bed and fully air conditioned. Second Floor: Bedroom Three has a double bed and full air conditioned with an ensuite and balcony with x2 lounging chairs. Convenience is key in this location, with easy access to supermarket, fresh catch from the fisheries and close to one of Mauritius best beaches, i.e Perey Bere.
