About this property

The charming Villa Narmada is situated in central Grand Bay, 500 metres from the Indian Ocean. It offers air-conditioned apartments with a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor swimming pool. The apartments of the Villa Narmada are modern in style and conveniently equipped with a spacious balcony, living area and dining room. Each apartment has a private bathroom with shower. Breakfast is served in the reception area or out on the terrace. On a regular basis, the restaurant features special themed nights with BBQs, Japanese fondues and local musicians. The Super U shopping centre is 100 meters away. After a dive in the pool, guests can enjoy the sun on the available loungers and get a tan. There are also a number of spa facilities, including massages, hammam treatments and a hot tub. Villa Narmada is our first hotel. When we started to rent in 2008, the property had not been totally completed. Through the first months we started to complete the esthetic part of the complex. Our clients always appreciate the charming look of our building along with the spacious public areas.
Being the Managing Director I had a tough job to get sufficient clients at start. With the support of our (online) agents we can call ourselves a successful property today. I always enjoy my work and like to have interactions with our clients. Our clients are the king and we continuously look for ways to satisfy their needs.
Guests of Villa Narmada can enjoy all the amenities like Hypermarket, restaurants, bus stops etc. and at the same time stay in a calm surrounding. The beach is approx. 6 minutes walking from Villa Narmada.
