An experienced Couchsurfing member, I'm turning my free hosting experience to the next level -the professional level- in this platform. I've hosted tons of people from around the world (of course, for free), but consider this a great option for added value. Currently busy on entrepreneurship projects, freelance projects, M.D. Traveled and lived in MX, the Americas, the U.S., visited some places in Europe, where I met very kind people. I am constantly traveling for working reasons but I am almost always available on the phone. I have a couple of relatives who live in the same building and who can also assist you when I'm not around.

Property information

Independent Air Conditioner in every room, common areas have fans. Sofa-bed is located in the living room and has curtains for privacy. Mini pool table free of charge upon request. Close to everything: Expiatory Temple (2 blocks), Cathedral, Theater, main square, water dispenser, market, restaurants, bars, BRT bus stations, DHL, tuxedo rentals, electronics shops, with everything you need for your vacation or to work from home, including WiFi & LAN, Office area, crib. Guaranteed NO noise from upper floors, as this is the top floor. Parking spot for two (2) cars or bikes in nearby gated parking included. Upon request, we can provide 2 extra small folding cot beds for adults, which can increase capacity for up to 11 guests (ask first!)

Neighbourhood information

Right on the city's main Blvd. in the "Zona Centro" (downtown) heart area of the city, you will find anything you need within walking distance, except maybe for large supermarkets (the closest one is 2.6km away). 1 and a half blocks from BRT bus station "Expiatorio" If arriving by bus, we're just 4 BRT bus stations away from the Bus terminal station. If by plane, your driver must simply keep driving straight on the same highway that connects with the airport. If driving, you can park right on the streets surrounding the property, on the "Republica", "De La Republica" or "Artes" streets (just make sure you don't obstruct another property's garage entrance), and then we will give you instructions for the parking spot included
