Property information

The main bedroom has 1 King size bed and private bathroom also has access to the terrace, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and bathroom sharing with the guest area of appartment. In the living room there is a sofa, dinning area has a table with 8 seats and the kitchen is completely equipped. In the living room there is tv with satelital signal and DVD. There are independent air conditioners in the bedroom and living room. For the 5-6th person (child) we can put air matress in the bedroom or living room. The terrace is very spacious, has sun beds, frontal ocean view and has also a plonge pool (water is ambient temperatura with jets).

This is a 2 BDR and 2 bathrooms ocean front condominium with beach view, located in the heart of Playa del Carmen just 1 block from the 5th. Avenue where you can find all the restaurants, bars and stores. Also there is a supermarket just 4 blocks from the property.
