As a security check, each adult guest must send a photo of their current official identification before arrival, to send the arrival details, we only have to show their full name and photo.

Guests not registered on the reservation cannot enter.

Noise is limited from 23:00 to 08:00.

Parties or "Quiet Gatherings" are not permitted.

Your stay includes the use of 30 kW per day, thus providing you with a comfortable and responsible stay.

Upon arrival and departure, we will send you the image of your yard to monitor the previous point.

Upon arrival, we will request a security deposit of $1,000, which will be returned 24 hours after your departure, in case you have not exceeded the allowed kw limit during your stay (cost of 3.66 for each kw exceeded).

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00.

A damage deposit of $200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
