This apartment studio (1st floor) is located in a very good ubication in aldea zama and is only a 10-15 walk away from the beach (playa paraiso). The Phimai Gardens building has a rooftop with infinity pool for all guests as well as a little gym on the first floor. The studio has a high speed Internet conection (550mbit glass fiber), air condition, a comfortable queen size bed, smart tv with netflix and a well equiped kitchenette unit with coffemaker/nespresso and two hotplates to cook tasty dishes. The studio has it`s own bathroom with a ground-level based shower. In front of the building you got the option to park your bicycles. From the entrance of the building in calle ixmiche, aldea zama you can go to the beach zone from avenida coba or avenida kukulkán so that you can acces de beach from both sides/both ways. No matter if you want to go to the center of Tulum, to the mayan ruins, to the gran cenote or to the art and culture festival. The building is surrounded with nature but there is also a good infrastructure around. You can find restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and holiday activities or cultural events nearby. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1) A CHECK IN WITH DEPOSITE IS TO BE CHARGED MIN. 2 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL TO BE ABLE TO ENTER THE APARTMENT. 2) PLEASE SEE THAT IN WHOLE TULUM THERE CAN OCCUR ELECTRICITY AND WATER CUT`s DUE TO MOMETANEOUS PROBLEMS BY THE FEDERAL EELECTRICITY AND WATER COMPANY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WATER OR ELECTRICITY PROBLEMS. 3) THE GYM IN THE BULDING IS A PRIVATE GYM AND NOT POSSIBLE TO USE FOR GUESTS
