The entrance is adorned with lush greenery, creating a green oasis that welcomes guests with its natural beauty and freshness. Its large main window of the living room offers a panoramic view of the sea and the pool flooding every corner with natural light. The interior is decorated in white tone, with fine wood and minimalist furniture, creating a calm and serene atmosphere.

Neighbourhood information

San Benito is located just 45 minutes from the city of Merida on the Progreso-Telchac highway called the Yucatecan Riviera where you will also find the famous beaches of Chicxulub and Uaymitún. Enjoy the proximity of the Mayan pyramids of Xcambo 10 minutes away and the pink lagoon.On the road there are convenience stores, gas station, beverage services, basic restaurants. 10 minutes away is the port of Telchac, 15 minutes is the Port of Chicxulub with shops and wider services and 25 minutes is in Puerto Progreso with its large boardwalk, nightlife, large supermarkets and all the necessary services for a very happy stay. We highly recommend renting a car or a chauffeur service contracted with an agency. You can order local taxis in Chicxulub, Uber service is very slow and scarce. If you require assistance with car rental, tours, excursions, yachts or special events please contact your concierge, we will be at your service for anything you require, our goal is that you enjoy your vacation.
