For guests wishing to check in earlier, a fee of $500 MXN per adult (13 years or older) and $250 MXN for children (ages 3–12) will apply.
Additionally, for guests bringing a car and wishing to check in early, a flat rate of $50 MXN per vehicle will be charged on the check-in day.
Upon arrival and payment of these fees, guests will have access to all on-property amenities, including restaurants, pools, and activities. Guestrooms will be assigned at the resort’s earliest convenience but will not be guaranteed until 3:00 p.m. local time.
