Uva Uva is an off-the-grid eco-retreat that floats above our vineyard, located in the quaint foothills of San Antonio de las Minas in the famed Valle de Guadalupe. We offer four luxurious eco-cabins. The concept was to blend rustic, modern, and industrial materials which has nicely come together in a unique ‘rustic luxe’ design. This project has truly been a labor of love and a big time learning experience for my wife and I. Most all of the materials were locally milled, produced, and purchased. We wanted to honor the beautiful, untouched desert landscape so we tried to blend into it, as well as not disturb the natural topography. We use natural / organic cleaning products, soaps, and shampoos. We are completely powered by solar energy for electricity and water is shipped into our two pilas every week. Uva Uva is conveniently located near dozens of excellent vineyards and outstanding restaurants. Our goal was to do our part to positively impact the environment while offering our guests a unique, unforgettable experience. We truly hope you join us at Uva Uva and have the time of your life . . .
