It's a 2700 sqf spacious condo with balcony, 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, ideal for big family or group. Private Lift access with good security. One covered car parking space can be arranged for Free upon request. This Super Condo Tower is located next to 1 Borneo Hypermall with wide range of shops and eateries at your doorstep. 7-eleven and Speedmart 99 are right below for any quick replenishment. 9 km from Karambunai Beach and Golf Course 17 km from Kiulu White Water Rafting. 46 km from Mount Kinabalu National Park, Other Tour recommendations and signature restaurants & local cafe will be provided in our guide book. Please note all linens and towels will be prepared based on the number of guests booked.
