Our story begins with Ken and Vin sitting around a spare bedroom wondering what is the secret recipe to successful homestays. After several trips, it became quite obvious that is it the warm Malaysian hospitality delivered in an organized and consistent manner.
That got us thinking. There are many beautiful units in Malaysia with the same potential, and all they needed was the same tender loving care that we had poured into our studio.
Thus, Plush Services was born.
We expanded rapidly mainly through word of mouth and recommendations from other property owners, and currently operate over 120 units in Kuala Lumpur.
While we are now a much bigger team (37 people, and counting!), our focus on the founding principles of Plush remains constant.
We strive to provide guests with an unforgettable stay with the same emphasis on warm Malaysian hospitality, quick attention to their needs.
That’s why 80% of our guests give us a 9-10-star rating!

Our apartments are at Highpark Suites in Petaling Jaya / Kelana jaya and are in a luxurious, new development near Paradigm Mall. Perfect for vacations/ staycations due to its facilities - a 3.38 acre greenscape podium as well as high quality fitness facilities such as a 50m Olympic-length swimming pool, an Aqua Gym, poolside cabana, putting green and a private 1-km jogging track. Its in an ideal location, directly opposite Giant Hypermarket.
Parking is free!
Each unit includes a private bathroom with a bidet, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, fridge, stovetop, kettle, bed linen, towels, shampoo, and soap.
Living space: Comfy sofa, Smart TV with Netflix.
Kitchen: Plates, cutlery, mugs, wineglasses, pots, pans, cutting board, knife, bottle opener, oven, kettle, hood, hob, coffee, and 2-in-1 washer.

- Access Card Deposit:
A cash deposit of RM50 will be collected for the access card. This will be refunded in cash upon the return of the card after check-out.

A RM200 damage deposit will be collected via bank transfer at least one day before your check-in date. This deposit will be returned to your account within 7 working days after check-out (with no damage to property)
