This listing consist of multiple landed house which surrounded by natural lake and scenery located at Lahat Mines or known as Waterfront city ipoh. We have 4 Bedroom Terrace House and also 5 Bedroom Semi-Detached Corner House which will have private pool by September 2024.

Waterfront City (also known as Bandar Lahat Mines & formerly known as Lahat Minest) is a mixed housing estate that is located in Lahat, Ipoh. It comprises Clearwater Bay, Galleria By The Lake, Grand Summit, Hillpark Residences, Starhill, The Lakeside Residence and Water Villa 28. It has a new night market location and it’s over at Ipoh Waterfront City. Those that stay in here will find it the most convenient to get to it.
