Paradigm Residence is right on top of Paradigm Mall, direct access to the mall. This is a newly soft renovated unit. Suitable for small group family or friends . Our concept to give you a cozy feel just like your own home. Location at the central of Jb Skudai , just downstairs it’s Paradigm Mall JB.

5min to Sutera Mall -7min to Tun Aminah -12 min to Senai Airport -15 min to JPO -25min to CIQ (First Checkpoint-Woodland) -30min to KSL City Mall -30 Min Drive to Mid-Valley Southkey -30min to AEON Tebrau City -30min to Legoland -35min to Puteri Harbour -40min to Tuas (Second Checkpoint) f You are self drive waze can guide you easily here. Else taxis are available but would highly recommend Grab service which is more reliable, friendly and with better low rate. If you drive, there is 1 x carpark lot free available. Can let us know if you need a transportation . We can make the arrangement with reasondable price.
