A Cozy & Clean 5 Star Homestay in Nilai, below the condo attached with a stylist shopping mall and food. -After Guest check out house keepers will clean the house and change all CLEAN TOWELS AND BED SHEETS, won't recycle use -Provide SELF CHECK IN SYSTEM, before 12am the booking make by Guest, team will invite to a WhatApp group and send check in info to Guest Self check in. -Any long term booking can send request to host, we will do special discount by following how many days Guest request. Due to the regulations of the Management of this building, upon checking in, for Malaysian we will need to verify your Identification Card, and for Non-Malaysian we will need to verify your Passport with Visa or stamping showing dates of entry to Malaysia, as a standard registration process and security deposit requested minimum two hundred ringgit malaysia. Any request can send to message to us before complete the booking, Team will respond as soon as possible to help u. Example, -Request for early check in -Request for late check out -Request to extend the booking -Request for extra guest -Request for special promotion for weekly or monthly booking -Request for Partying setup -Request for Photoshoot or video

Guest can download app (GRAB) to booking a taxi for your convenient to travel when u in the homestay. Provided a Free carpark for the unit, extra car can park the shopping mall parking but that need to pay, can check the price when u are here, guest can see the price signboard when going to the parking. #Provided Clear check in info by message, videos and photos for guest.
