The Apple Residences situated in the heart of the tourism district, next to Courtyard by Marriott Melaka, and only 20 min away from the entry / exit point of the North-South Expressway (NSE). It is strategically located in a quiet corner of the city of privacy, and a mere stone’s throw away from key conveniences and city center attraction. The first serviced apartment in the state to be equipped with 4-tier security system complete with video intercom. The Appple Residences by Nestcove offers accommodation with free WiFi and TV, as well as an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. All units include a fully equipped kitchenette, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. All units are air conditioned and include a seating and dining area. At the apartment guests are welcome to take advantage of a sauna. A childrens playground & BBQ pit can be found at The Apple Residences, along with a garden.
