My apartment is beautiful, although being small, it is extremely cozy and has a premium view to the sea. This view is inspiring and renews the soul every time you're in the living room or on the balcony to contemplate the sea. Anyway, just seeing it... There's almost everything there, from the bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen to the balcony, completely equipped with all the stuff needed, etc. The apartment is inside the building which has a shopping center that contains almost everything, since shops, banks, supermarket, bars, games room for adults and children, billiards, medical examination laboratories, laundry rooms, gym, etc.
The Mares Building is one of the most important condominiums which combine luxury and modernity, including several options for who don't which to go outside the main building.
Super Mares is close to the main fish market on the city, it's also close to the casino, nigh clubs, the most bigger shopping mall, main private hospital, and it's located in front of Costa do Sol Beach. It's an extremely safe place, with public and private parking.
