Second floor: This floor is where you will find the fully furnished apartement, which has air conditioning and an industrial living style due to the robust authentic wooden beams and bricks. The living room with open kitchen is not only spacious but also has plenty of light. The new kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooker, extractor hood, cooker and fridge with a freezer compartment. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a sink with mixer tap, a floating toilet and a neat shower. On the other side of the floor is pleasant bedroom. The bed is located upstairs in the bedroom and has wonderfully soft carpeting. In the basement is the storage room and your own washer/dryer. You can park your bike or rent one of our bikes in the garden. Parking the car or bike is free of charge.

In the pleasant district of Limmel (Maastricht), we offer this unique characteristic furnished appartment. The fully renovated apartament is located in a semi-detached, former presbytery that is in fantastic condition. The 1-bedroom apartement is located at cycling distance from the centre of Maastricht and at a very short distance from commercial areas, such as the atmospheric shopping streets in Wyck. There is good access to motorways and public facilities, as well as arterial roads within walking distance of the property.
