Midt i sentrum, nært matbutikk, shopping, restauranter og kollektivtransport Med buss er det enkelt å komme seg til dette stedet da det er midt i sentrum. Bil kan parkeres i gaten utenfor mot parkeringsgebyr. Sykkel kan oppbevares i inngangsparti, da leilighet ligger 4 etg. Uten heis.
