Spacious small villa in a residential area within walking distance of Hvalstrand beach. Family friendly single floor house. Direct access to spacious patio and private garden with sun all day. Great opportunity to relax or have an active holiday.
20/25 minutes to Oslo by car/bus. 10 minutes walk to Holmen Shopping Mall with shops and cozy cafes, and 3 km to Asker. There is a nice forest for short walks just next to the house.
The property is for rent to couples or families with children.
Amenities:
Well equipped kitchen with large dining table seating 10 people and direct access to patio and nice garden facing south.
The living room area has a sofabed (140x210), TV and a piano. There are plenty of storage space in the master bedroom (bed 160x200), which also has a nice desk for work. There is also a foldable extra bed available in addition to a cot and high chair (on request). The property has a nice large bathroom with shower and a laundry room with ironing board.
There is free WiFi and free parking for 2 cars. EV charger available (payable on site).
