A brane new property, established Sept 2025 located centrally in Ekantakuna, Lalitpur area. 2-5 mins walk from Swiss Embassy, UN Offices, Alka Hospital and a range of restaurants (Chinese, Nepali, Korean etc.) and coffee shops nearby.
Hosting is new to me but so far, I have enjoyed hosting and meeting new people from worldwide.
Ekantakuna located near the Ring Road, which offers quick access to other parts of the valley. Nearby areas like Jawalakhel, Pulchowk, and Jhamsikhel are known for cafes, international schools, and cultural spots. 🏥 Healthcare & Embassies Alka Hospital is a key medical facility in the area. The Swiss Embassy and World Food Programme (WFP) offices are within walking distance, making it a hub for diplomatic and humanitarian professionals. 🌿 Lifestyle & Attractions Close to Central Zoo in Jawalakhel, a 6-hectare park with over 100 species of animals. Minutes from Patan Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its stunning Newar architecture and royal history. Residential communities like Senon Colony offer upscale housing options just 300 meters inside Ring Road. 🛍️ Shops & Dining Ekantakuna is surrounded by local markets, boutique stores, and eateries ranging from traditional Nepali to international cuisine.
