Perfectly positioned on a large section with a stunning mountain backdrop, Alpha'N'est is designed for style and functionality, and furnished for comfort. Flow through the home from your cosy living space to your fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining space - all set at just the right temperature thanks to an inducted heat pump system. The corner lounge suite is perfect for putting your feet up with a glass of wine and a good book, or getting the family together for a night in front of the tele. With a Smart TV, Chromecast, and unlimited WIFI you’ll be all set for movie night. On a summer getaway, fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco on the patio. The kids will absolutely love playing on the flat, lush lawn, and you can feel at ease knowing that the backyard is fully fenced. Alpha'N'est offers four generous bedrooms for up to seven guests to recharge the batteries overnight. The master features a queen size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom, while the other rooms are fitted with queen and single bed options, and share a four-piece family bathroom. Lake Dunstan and the Cromwell Golf Club are both only a few hundred metres away you can be out on the water or the green in no time. You're also only a few hundred metres from the Otago Rail Trail for some of the most picturesque biking in New Zealand. Guests should bring their own Nespresso compatible pods to make use of the available bikes in the garage are not available for guest note that the owners car is permanently parked in the garage. There is one space availible for guest use. Guests should bring their own personal toiletries, shampoo, conditioner etcPlease note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
