Brand new and well situated, this beautifully built and fully furnished penthouse apartment offers direct views over Christchurch’s south Hagley Park and the Southern Alps. Boasting a unique indoor outdoor experience, you will experience idyllic sunrise and sunsets. The perfect hang out for relaxing and enjoying a book in the sun, or snuggling in for a movie at night. The apartment has been tastefully furnished with high quality appliances and other stylish comforts. - Brand new queen bed - Private enclosed terrace with outdoor furniture - Stylish bathroom with heated toilet seat and bidet - Full kitchen with oven, cooktop, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher - Kitchen includes toaster, jug, cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs - TV, WiFi, fresh towels & linen, soap and toilet rolls are provided - Comfy sofa (which converts to a second bed) - Tea and coffee is complimentary Note: We offer a complimentary weekly clean for long term stays.

We love to travel ourselves and are committed to ensuring you have a great experience and a wonderful relaxing carefree stay. We don't live on site but can be available for anything you need during your stay, including local travel and sightseeing tips, dining options, etc. Please let us know if there is anything we can assist with or improve on before leaving your feedback on the site.
Located directly opposite Hagley Park and the Christchurch Netball Centre. It is a pleasurable 5-minute walk to the hospital and only a 10-15-minute walk to the heart of the city’s retail and eating district (the Terrace), and to other city favorites, e.g. new Farmers Market, Museum and Library. The apartment is also close to a number of great eateries on Lincoln road including New York Deli, Town Tonic, Kumo Japanese, Portershed, Addington Coffee Co-op, The Pedal Pusher and more. You can walk, use Uber, Lime scooters or taxi to get around the area. There are also bike racks available at the complex if you have your own bike. There is a bus stop directly outside on Moorhouse Avenue.
