Large glass windows embrace the open plan kitchen, living, and dining area and draw the natural light and sweeping valley views into the home. Stunning in-ground salt water heated pool with a covered louvre area provides an exceptional outdoor area. The large built-in outdoor dining area leads you further down the garden. The property features a sunken lounge that is sheltered by a timber-cast concrete wall and draws texture from the surrounding greenery, creating a space to relax and hunker down in front of the gas fire all year round. The master suite is a retreat with bespoke joinery, rimu timber batten cladding on the ceiling and end wall creating a connection with nature, and a stunning ensuite. The designer kitchen itself is a chef’s paradise with two ovens, a coffee machine and expansive bench space. It has a separate butlers pantry with two fridges and a second dishwasher. The master suite is a retreat with bespoke joinery, rimu timber batten cladding on the ceiling and end wall creating a connection with nature, and a stunning ensuite. A private spa is located directly outside the master suite. Three bedrooms boast built-in storage, glorious garden views, and share a family bathroom. Sumner beach is an 8 minute drive and in the other direction Lyttelton is just 5 minutes away. With Christchurch city center only a 20 minute drive away the property has all the privacy and seclusion for the perfect getaway while still being close to the city. The popular Heathcote Riding School is just across the road with a small cafe.
