Green Hayes Estate Rentals is an accommodation complex with a number of rental options. Magnolia cottage is an 8-bedroom complex with 16 beds that can be rented by room with shared facilities. Kitchen/Lounge areas are shared. There are male and female shower toilet facilities. Both have 2 showers and 2 toilets in each. Building is heated by a heat pump that is conducted to each room through ceiling vents. Property is situated in a private 12-acre country setting on the outskirts of Temuka, 3 km from main state highway. Handy to ski fields (88km), Lake Tekapo (72 km), Timaru International Motor Raceway (12 km). Property is located within a 10-minute drive from Fonterra Clandeboye Dairy Factory and is only 3 minutes away from main state highway. Animals kept on the property include cattle, miniature ponies, sheep, goats, chickens, and geese.
