We feel very privileged to live in one of the most beautiful parts of the world! We are the owner/operators of West Coast Scenic Waterways and therefore are able to offer boat cruises and kayak hire to our guests. Search westcoastscenicwaterways to find out more. I would highly recommend our guests book two nights to take advantage of all the activities onsite and in our area. The West Coast Wilderness Trail is also in the process of being constructed through our property...jump on a bicycle and do a section of it! We live on 100 acres of land and have a wide variety of farm animals for you to enjoy. Please note that we are located 4kms south of Hokitika on State Highway 6. Drive straight past Adair road on your left heading south to the glaciers. We are the next left turn.. just before the Historic Railway bridge over the Mahinapua creek. Look out for the large black and white 'Scenic Waterways' sign.
Neighbourhood information
Hokitika is a wonderful place to visit! One night is not enough. We are a walk away from the beach and our business offers kayaking and eco boat cruises. Visit the neighbouring lakes, Hokitika Gorge, and the wonderful craft galleries in town. Free bicycles available to experience a section of the West Coast Wilderness Trail...why not bike to West Coast Treetops Walkway? Adventures await!
