Property information
A football-field sized lawn stretches from the house to the lake’s edge, where your boat can be launched directly—no public ramps needed. It’s freshwater, so vessels can stay moored at the private jetty throughout your stay, always ready for morning wakeboarding or waterskiing when the water is glassy. Kayaks and paddle boards await gentler exploration, and wetsuits and life vests are available if needed.
The newly rebuilt home fuses glowing timber charm with pared-back Ralph Lauren ranch style. A voluminous, light-filled living space features a large kitchen, extendable 10-seater dining table, and a cozy lounge with fireplace. Massive sliding doors from multiple rooms open onto Rotoiti’s showstopping deck—your front-row seat for backyard cricket, lakeside meals, or lazy afternoons. Ceiling heaters and rugs keep it cozy after sundown, and pets are welcome, so no family member gets left behind.
When you're ready for dry land fun, the garage hosts table tennis and foosball, with pétanque, cornhole, and kubb ready for lawn tournaments. Indoors, a separate media lounge with 60" TV and Starlink internet offers comfort and connection.
Five bedrooms and three bathrooms are laid out for both togetherness and retreat, with large windows framing the view throughout. For a serene soak, slip into the bath, throw open the doors, and enjoy uninterrupted lake views—a design detail made for calm.
You may never want to leave, but adventure is always close. World-class white-water rafting is just 12 minutes away, Rotorua’s mountain biking paradise is nearby, the Okere Store is moments down the road, and the soothing Manupira hot pools are just across the bay. This is seclusion without compromise—luxury, connection, and nature in one unforgettable stay.
