Escape to our charming self-contained studio, perfectly nestled within our enchanting petite vineyard. Enjoy stunning views of the valleys and water, accompanied by the soothing calls of native Kiwi birds in the evenings. Our property is situated in a Kiwi-zoned area, offering a peaceful and picturesque setting. We are conveniently located just 7 minutes from the Doves Bay boat ramp, 12 minutes from the town center, and only 9 minutes from a refreshing swim in the ocean at Opito Bay. Our lovely, brand-new modern studio has everything you need for a relaxing and peaceful stay! The generously sized bedroom features a queen-size bed, along with a clothes and suitcase stand. The beautiful bathroom is adorned with floor-to-ceiling tiles and includes a walk-in shower. In the modern and stylish kitchenette, you'll find a 2-burner induction hob, a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, an air oven, and a microwave. The cupboards are stocked with everything you need to prepare your culinary delights. The breakfast bar offers seating for two, while the two modern couches provide additional seating for five. This studio also boasts an elevated deck with outdoor seating, which is the perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning views of the vineyard and the valley below. The property spans 2 acres and provides plenty of parking spaces near the studio. This property is not suitable for children of any age. Please refrain from disturbing the newly growing wine grapes in the vineyards on either side of the property, as they are maturing for the next step in the bottling process.
We are extremely happy to invite you into our B.N.B, It's the kind of place that we would stay, if we were visiting other places. Bruce and I enjoy meeting interesting, creative and passionate people from near and far. As you can see, we are establishing our small Vineyard which will produce great wine over time. Brucie has been in the wine industry for over 20 years, as viticulture is his passion. We both were raised in the Gradle of the wine industry of the 70's in West Auckland.
