Loburn Retreat 2 by Tiny Away sits in a quiet, rural location of the south Island New Zealand, just 12 minutes from the lively historic farming town of Rangiora and 40 minutes from Christchurch Airport. Tiny house is approximately 50 meters away from the main house and is visible on a lower level, while approximately 80 meters away from the main road. Mobile phone reception has a good signal. Only 1 pet is allowed. An additional charge will apply for any extra pets, with prior notice from the host. This tiny house is equipped with a cassette toilet. To maintain its cleanliness and functionality, an additional cleaning fee will be charged separately for stays of 5 nights or more, on top of the total booking amount.
