New Luxury modern home is the perfect place for your next Taupo Holiday. This house can accommodate a range of guests from the travelling couple through to the large family. Its location is perfect - situated just over the river with views over looking the marina and the lake. It is a brief 10 minute walk to town and only 5 minute stroll down to the Nukuhau boat ramp and the lake.
The house has a modern interior with fully equipped kitchens, and can be configured from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom family home. The master bedroom has a en-suite and walk in wardrobe with a large double headed shower. The dinning room features a large TV and family dinning table with an open plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine to enjoy. There are 2 heat pumps in the house, 2x washing machines and dryers, and free WiFi. The house is fully secure and has a large deck.
The spacious section includes a large heated swim spa, plenty of off street parking for vehicles and a boat, and a beautiful outdoor entertainment area to enjoy a BBQ or a glass of wine.
