Enjoy spectacular sea, island and coastal views from this stunning luxurious self-contained apartment attached to our architecturally designed home. Watch sailboats and windsurfers, sunsets and the South Island from your lounge, bedroom and private decks. Floor to ceiling double glazed, tinted windows optimize the view. Heated floor tiles and soundproofing for your comfort. Your own entrance and off-street parking. Delicious continental breakfast provided. Private, safe, luxurious and peaceful. Two-minute walk to the beach for swimming and sunbathing. Lovely seaside or bush walks. Relax outdoors on one of the two decks with spectacular sea views or indoors with books, music and TV. Stroll along the beach to eat in the village cafes and restaurants. Golf course 10 minutes’ drive. Interisland Ferry, Stadium and Te Papa museum 15-25 minutes away.
I love sharing our 'piece of paradise' with people, as well as travelling, being active and hanging out with my family and friends.
Our neighbourhood is a lovely peaceful beachside village - it has lots of wonderful places to explore (walking, running or cycling) and yummy places to eat. This apartment is close to State Highway 1 with good access to Porirua City, Wellington City and the Kapiti Coast - you can also head over the hill to the Wairapa or hop on the ferry to the South Island. A quick train ride to the stadium (much easier than trying to find a park) for sporting events and concerts. 40 minutes from Wellington Airport.
